Simple Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2lb small red potatoes, cut into fourths (3/4-inch chunks)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Heat oven to 425°F. In an ungreased large pan, mix all ingredients; spread evenly on the pan.
- Roast uncovered for 25 to 35 minutes, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender and browned.
